The hymn takes us through the magical night in glorious strides, taking us through Mary’s delight on having baby Jesus in her arms, and the Shepherds' awe and reverence towards the birth of their saviour.
The birth of Jesus is a message of hope, of joy, of peace, and of love for all of mankind, to lead us towards a path of redemption and salvation that we have received only through Jesus Christ.
