Well, it seems I was unlucky this time when I got the buff option, looks like I almost lost in the final round because I didn't get the 50% damage reduction buff and additional damage to plants and made my mecha nut's HP run low. But thanks to the bucket shroom squad, my mecha nut was slightly protected because of its knockback, plus the damage from the obsidian sniper turret was strong enough to execute zombies even though it wasn't as strong as when there was a 50% additional damage buff.
