Are we living at the end of something?
In this final message of the Gospel of Judas series, we wrestle with a question many are quietly asking: why does corruption seem to repeat itself across generations? Why do systems that begin with promise so often end in distortion? And if God is sovereign, where is He in all of it?
Drawing from Ezekiel 28 and Jeremiah 31, alongside the ancient Gospel of Judas, this sermon explores the biblical pattern of delegated authority, pride, fracture, and restoration. Scripture has never been naïve about power. From Eden to empire, the Bible names how beauty can forget gratitude and how authority can forget its source.
But that is not the end of the story.
From Seth’s line of promise to Christ as the Logos, the Word from the beginning, we see that corruption is not sovereign. What feels structural is not ultimate. What feels inherited is not inevitable. The covenant moves inward. The Spirit writes truth on the heart. The Word remains.
If you have ever wondered whether Christianity is deep enough to speak into a fractured age without collapsing into denial, this message is for you.
Truth breaks false inevitability.
Promise survives fracture.
The Word remains.
