S1 E3: My Latest BRR Property [REFURB UPDATE]

Описание: If you're wanting to invest in property then you need to learn how to manage trades. That's why I will visit my refurb projects as much as possible to check on the progress and to make sure the refurb is keeping on track, both time- and money-wise!

This time, I'm checking on the site clearance team as I need this completing within 7 days so that the next team of trades can begin their works on installing the Damp Proof Course (which will be a future video on how I treat rising damp in my properties).
