In this episode of Speed Development, BenderWaffles creates a map utilizing resources from the free IWAD, FreeDoom, using Ultimate Doom Builder for use within GZDoom.
Map creation takes practice. It is an acquired skill that only comes with time. That being said, studying the work of others is a fun and fantastic way to learn how to do it yourself. Perhaps this will teach you some new techniques that you can apply to your own game development project, whether it is within RPG Maker MV, RPG Maker VX Ace, RPG Maker XP, Unity, Game Maker, Clickteam Fusion or some other game engine.
