In this episode I'm treating the wife to all of her pregnancy cravings. We are whipping up Kimchi Alfredo, Yorkshire pudding, In & Out fries Animal style, Hot Cheetos and a massive ice cream birthday cake. Enjoy!

KIMCHI ALFREDO
Bella Mushrooms
1 medium shallot
1 clove garlic
kosher salt, to taste
5 oz dried spathetti, or linguine
¼ cup kimchi, diced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish
Fresh Parsley

YORKSHIRE PUDDING
4 large eggs
1 1⁄2 cups whole milk
1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

IN & OUT FRIES | ANIMAL STYLE
1/2 Cup Mayonaise
1/2 Cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Dill Pickles
1 Tsp Yellow Mustard
1/2 Tsp Sugar
Salt/Pepper
1/2 Diced Onion
1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
American Cheese 3 Slices
Oven ready fries
