This begins with the cardiovascular sequence which will work the heart and lungs with
continued movement of the large muscle groups. Intervals alternate between basic step
movements and compound lower and upper weight movement patterns we have been
practicing with additional bodyweight exercises. We will aim to stay in the training heart
rate zone. This indoor sequence will train your body through the cold months of Fall and
Winter to prepare you to get outside and run, jump, play and climb mountains! The
mobility sequence closes the workout and moves from a supine foundation through
patterns of circles, X, and C shapes. The focus is on the transverse plane and lateral
flexion.
