This year I've set myself a challenge.
To swim the length of The River Tay. From Kenmore in Highland Perthshire, to Broughty Ferry, downstream of Dundee. But I'm not swimming it all in one go - I'm swimming in 12 stages: one day per month, from January to December.
Day 1 was Thursday 30th January 2025.
