About me:

Through community support, lifestyle changes, and traveling, I found the drive and strength to complete my masters from The University of Pennsylvania, PhD from UCLA, and time as a Visiting Scientist and Post Doc Researcher at Harvard University. My journey also led me to teach, research and travel to over 60 countries with significant time in Japan, China, South Africa, Costa Rica, Austria, and my own country of the USA gathering knowledge about how other people live fulfilling lives (   • Gap Years & Mental Health | 5 Reasons Why ...  ).
