A case presentation of antibody mediated rejection (AMR) in a lung transplant recipient. The multi-disciplinary approach is illustrated by the contribution of each expert, highlighting the specific nuances of each discipline: determination of donor-specific HLA antibody, the spectrum of histopathological changes, graft dysfunction, and the incorporation of non-invasive biomarkers to facilitate early detection of AMR and to monitor response to treatment. At the end of this session, the panel of experts will be available for discussion and questions from the participants.
