Описание: In this finishing operation, the pinch rolls are adjusted to be tighter on the big end of the cone section. This allows the small end to slip and move through the rolls at a slower rate as the small diameter cut-out pivots around the cone forming "dog" (the "dog" is not visible in these vids).
