In this video I teach my signature set, the main three postures I use at the end of most of my classes. These poses can help you feel your best if you practice them every week.
1. Bridge Pose - It's amazing for preventing back pain.
2. Reclined Pigeon/Figure Four Pose - great for sciatica and back pain.
3. Reclined Twist - releases tension in the spine and back.
