กะระณียะมัตถะกุสะเลนะ ยันตัง สันตัง ปะทัง อะภิสะเมจจะ
สักโก อุชู จะ สุหุชู จะ สุวะโจ จัสสะ มุทุ อะนะติมานี
สันตุสสะโก จะ สุภะโร จะ อัปปะกิจโจ จะ สัลละหุกะวุตติ
สันตินทะริโย จะ นิปะโก จะ อัปปะคัพโภ กุเลสุ อะนะนุคิทโธ
นะ จะ ขุททัง สะมาจะเร กิญจิ เยนะ วิญญู ปะเร อุปะวะเทยยุง
สุขิโน วา เขมิโน โหตุ สัพเพ สัตตา ภะวันตุ สุขิตัตตา

เมตตัญจะ สัพพะโลกัสมิง มานะสัมภาวะเย อะปะริมาณัง
อุทธัง อะโธ จะ ติริยัญจะ อะสัมพาธัง อะเวรัง อะสะปัตตัง
ติฏฐัญจะรัง นิสินโน วา สะยาโน วา ยาวะตัสสะ วิคะตะมิทโธ
เอตัง สะติง อะธิฏเฐยยะ พรัหมะเมตัง วิหารัง อิธะมาหุ
ทิฏฐิญจะ อะนุปะคัมมะ สีละวา ทัสสะเนนะ สัมปันโน
กาเมสุ วิเนยยะ เคธัง นะ หิ ชาตุ คัพภะเสยยัง ปุนะเรตีติ ฯ

Karaniya Metta Sutta: The Buddha's Words on Loving-Kindness
translated from the Pali by The Amaravati Sangha

This is what should be done
By one who is skilled in goodness,
And who knows the path of peace:
Let them be able and upright,
Straightforward and gentle in speech,
Humble and not conceited,
Contented and easily satisfied,
Unburdened with duties and frugal in their ways.
Peaceful and calm and wise and skillful,
Not proud or demanding in nature.
Let them not do the slightest thing
That the wise would later reprove.
Wishing: In gladness and in safety,
May all beings be at ease.
Whatever living beings there may be;
Whether they are weak or strong, omitting none,
The great or the mighty, medium, short or small,
The seen and the unseen,
Those living near and far away,
Those born and to-be-born —
May all beings be at ease!

Let none deceive another,
Or despise any being in any state.
Let none through anger or ill-will
Wish harm upon another.
Even as a mother protects with her life
Her child, her only child,
So with a boundless heart
Should one cherish all living beings;
Radiating kindness over the entire world:
Spreading upwards to the skies,
And downwards to the depths;
Outwards and unbounded,
Freed from hatred and ill-will.
Whether standing or walking, seated or lying down
Free from drowsiness,
One should sustain this recollection.
This is said to be the sublime abiding.
By not holding to fixed views,
The pure-hearted one, having clarity of vision,
Being freed from all sense desires,
Is not born again into this world.

Wat Jark Deang Prapadang Samutprakarn
Phramaha Keyrati Dhirapañño was born in Chonburi, Thailand, in 1967. He graduated as a medical student in Thailand at Chulalongkorn University with first class honor. After graduation, he continued with his medical studies from 1994 to 1997 in the American Board of Pediatrics from Children's Hospital of Michigan and Subboard Pediatric Endocrinology at Children's Hospital Center Cincinati.
During time in the US, he found himself in a meditation retreat under the guidance of Ajahn Jayasaro, the Abbot of Wat Pah Nanachat ( International Forest Monaster). Through this retreat he realized that the monastic life is what he had been looking for. In 1998 he return to Thailand and went forth in Wat Nong Pa Pong in the Ajahn Chah’s Lineage Thai Forest Tradition.
At Present He graduated Grade 7th in Pali Parien Dham, studying Tipitaka 900 hrs and advance Pali course in Wat Jark Daeng.
