Ingredients
For the sponge & dough:
250 ml warm milk
70 g sugar
A pinch of salt
7 g dry yeast
Vanilla, to taste
2 egg yolks
70 g butter, melted
450–500 g all-purpose flour (as needed)
For the filling:
500 g cottage cheese (or quark)
1 egg
70–80 g sugar
1.5 tbsp starch (potato or cornstarch)
2 apples or other fruits/berries (optional)
Bake at 180°C / 350°F until golden and fully set.
