Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground pork with minced pork belly
1- 1 1/4 cup coconut cream/milk
2-3 tablespoons lemongrass spice(contain garlic, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric powder, paprika powder
1 tablespoon fish paste
1/ 4 teaspoon tamarind powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup Asian tiny green eggplants
6 kaffir lime leaves(remove hard stem in the middle out)
water( adjust thickness)
fish sauce( season to taste)
