GeoTalks Express: Managing data between Global Mapper and Global Mapper Mobile

Proper data management practices ensure that data managers and end-users are on the same page, working with the expected data. This process has become even more important recently, with advances in mobile GIS along with increases in remote work. As mobile devices become more powerful, users are increasingly shifting their workflows to them. Data managers need efficient ways to manage and share data with users in the field, who in turn need to have straightforward access to that data. This session will discuss preparing data in Global Mapper for Global Mapper Mobile. It will cover best practices for this process and introduce new methods of sharing data between the two applications.
