Описание: If you saw anything about Irma, you would know how freaked out a lot of people were. She was headed straight for us as a strengthening Cat. 5 the size of Ohio. It truly made us grapple with our mortality and the real possibility that our town would be ruined. She went slightly East of us overnight, we were so fortunate to have been spared, and (as of this upload time) we are hoping the rest of our state is doing ok (we know Naples is hurting). I've lived here my whole life and I've never seen the weather scare our people here so much. Massive amounts of trees are down and our power will be out for a while (although I hear there are loads of power trucks coming to help). We will never forget this experience, it brought our community together for sure. Irma, we are glad you are no longer looming over our lives. Thank you to Suncoast; they became a much needed shelter even though they had just a few staff/volunteers left in town who busted it the whole 48 hours. People felt safe and were in good spirits because of your generosity; our city loves you for it!
