The prophet Isaiah told King Hezekiah, "Set your house in order, for you shall die; you shall not recover." But Hezekiah didn’t accept that word. He turned his face to the wall, prayed, and wept before God.
God heard his prayer and added 15 more years to his life (2 Kings 20:5–6).
James 5:16 reminds us, “The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.”
There’s no problem too big for our God—our God is greater! What you pray and speak in faith can change your future.
