আমরা অনেকেই জানি না ইংরেজিতে কিছু Verb আছে যেগুলো আমরা Present Continuous Tense -এর ফর্মে ব্যবহার করতে পারি না অর্থাৎ Verb এর শেষে ing যুক্ত করে আমরা Present Continuous Tense এ লিখতে পারি না। বাংলা অর্থ Present Continuous Tense এর হলেও আমরা যখন সেই Sentence গুলোকে ইংরেজিতে লিখি তখন আমাদের Present Indefinite Tense এর Form ইউজ করেই লিখতে হয় তো সেই Verb গুলোকে বলা হয় Stative Verb বা State Verb. তো আজকের ক্লাসে আমরা এই Stative Verb নিয়ে ডিটেলসে আলোচনা করব এবং তোমাদের জানাবো যে কোনগুলো Stative Verb এবং কোনগুলো Stative Verb এর অপজিট Verb অর্থাৎ Dynamic Verb বা Action verb. আজকে এই দুই ধরনের Verb এর মধ্যে তুলনামূলক আলোচনা করে তোমাদের এই বিষয়ে একটা ক্লিয়ার ধারণা দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করব।

Many of us do not know that there are some verbs in English grammar that we cannot use in the form of Present Continuous Tense, that is, we cannot use 'ing' at the end of the verb at the time of writing the sentences of Present Continuous Tense. Although the sense of the sentences are Present Continuous, At the time of writing those sentences in English, we have to use the Present Indefinite Tense form. these verbs are called Stative Verb or State Verb. So in today's class I will discuss in detail about the Stative Verb and also let you know which are Stative Verb and which are Stative Verb's Opposite Verb i.e. Dynamic Verb or Action Verb. Today I will try to give you a clear idea about these two types of verbs by comparing them.
