This is a more clear version of a crummy video I made a few years ago when my Speed Queen washer was making a horribly loud noise during agitation. I posted a short clip I took on my. phone asking if anybody knew what the issue was since my machine was working fine and just making noise. After many responses that I knew were not the answer (something stuck in the pump, etc), a user without a user name (just a string of numbers) sent me such a confidently written solution it seemed that he knew what he was talking about- and he did. Since that time, the video has helped quite a number of people. I left it up and will put a link to it here so you can read the pinned comment string with the guy that told me how to fix it. He has since changed that username from a string of numbers to "@georgevinemontchristianchruch" when YT made the changes, but a lot of us owe him a heartfelt thank you for knowing how to fix this issue.
