Inoperative SeeSii Portable Battery Spot Welder Not Charging Repair ~ LiPo Pouch Battery Replacement

Описание: In this video we diagnose and repair a dead SeeSii 11000 mAh portable battery spot welder. The symptoms are the spot welder will not power on, nor take a charge. There are a number of models of this type of tool, from a variety of Chinese "brands" that this same repair would likely apply to where the lithium polymer pouch batteries need to be desoldered and replaced because they either have become fully depleted for an extended period of time rendering them unsafe to continue using, or have outright failed internally.

Note: The circuit board used in this spot welding tool sinks ALOT of heat due to the nature of its design. Far higher than normal soldering station temperatures will be required to desolder, and resolder, the pouch type lithium polymer batteries utilized. Also, depending on the brand of battery, you may have to use an aluminum soldering flux as some will have aluminum soldering tabs intended for spot welding rather than soldering.
