Malwari Famous Maghaz Fry.
This is one of the unique dishes in Pakistan and is very popular. The goat brain/maghaz is fried on the big pan/TAWA with onion, green chilies, tomatoes, ginger, yogurt, cream, and some species such as black pepper powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilies, and turmeric powder. At the end, some fresh green coriander leaves are also used to garnish the dish.
This dish is served with Indian bread/chapati. The making of chapati will be in my next video.
