We are officially closing out the first week of Cycle 5 with the most challenging lift of them all: The Squat. After the PR retests of the previous cycle, we are back to the volume, and today is about establishing the right habits for the rest of the year.
As we kick off this new cycle, our primary mission is improving form and consistently hitting depth. We’re not here to "ego lift"; we’re here to get better. This raw, one-take session shows the focus required to stay upright and hit that depth as the fatigue from the volume starts to kick in.
No triple-sets today—just J versus the bar. We are finishing the day with the Big But Boring (BBB) protocol:
