✍️📝 In a world marked by uncertainty, suffering, and fleeting pleasures, the believer finds enduring comfort in this unchanging truth: we are not our own. According to the covenant of grace, we belong body and soul, in life and in death, to our faithful Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

In His perfect providence, our covenant God governs all things for His glory and our good, so that not a hair can fall from our head apart from His wise and sovereign will. He upholds, sustains, and directs all events to conform His people to the image of His Son.

By His substitutionary atonement, Christ has fully satisfied the justice of God and rendered a complete ransom for all the elect’s sins. Freed from the dominion of sin and the tyranny of the devil.

This alone is our only comfort, in life and in death: that we are not our own, but belong entirely to Christ, to whom be glory forever.

"Kaitor no kango" It stands as a solemn and heartfelt confession of the believer’s longing for communion with the living God. It lifts the eyes of the weary to the sufficiency of Christ in whom alone is found the sustaining grace that flows from our union with Him, secured by the eternal covenant of grace.
