I like to use up things we have on hand and about every 6 weeks I do a pantry clean out where I challenge myself to spend zero dollars and just make meals from the items I have on hand! Here are some of the meals I made this week! This in turn saves me money because I'm using what I have and not spending anything additional for the duration of my pantry challenge plus a nice bonus is I can get really creative with ingredients and often come up with meals we really really enjoy!
