Ben Kentish and Jaymey McIvor, a Reform UK councillor on Epping Forest District Council, don't see eye-to-eye when it comes to asylum seekers.
The debate comes after the government won an appeal to allow asylum seekers to stay at the infamous Bell Hotel in Epping.
But Jaymey Mclvor insists 'they are illegal migrants not asylum seekers'.
“We don’t know who they are - they make it up on the spot in many cases.”
Ben Kentish pushes back, and asks whether the Reform councillor would be happy 'to send women and girls back to Afghanistan'.
He also challenges Mclvor on Nigel Farage's claim that 'illegal migrants have more rights than the people of Essex'.
