I’m the second owner of this original 1993 Dodge W250 4x4 Yukon Territory truck with @376,000 km on the drive train. The speedometer and cruise control stopped working 20 years ago and I simply wired in a digital speedometer/GPS that suctioned to the speedometer bezel and used this ever since.

KDP done, completely rebuilt PCM with 99% deletions done. Wiring harness rebuilt stem to stern, all fuse-able links deleted from wiring harness and replaced with a proper new fuse panel, halogen fog lights up front and LED lights on headache rack. Fifth wheel hitch, 2-inch receiver hitch, electric trailer brakes, 7 pin and flat four trailer wiring, frame and receiver hitch mounts for hauling a camper, steering rag joint replaced with Billet universal joint.

Air bag suspension on rear leaf springs, new Cooper Discoverer Stronghold 235/85/R16 all season tires with less than 200 miles on them, new gas shocks all around, new master cylinder and brake booster. Overdrive transmission gear wired to a toggle switch on the dash so no more searching for overdrive, digital GPS/speedometer in place of original mechanical speedometer that comes on with the ignition. New front windshield and sliding glass rear window with all new window rubber throughout the entire truck, spray in bed liner that come over the top of the box rails, plus along the bottom of the cab and fenders, new cab floor panels, rocker panels, cab corners and cab-supports welded in place. Wiring in place for ignition activated solid state regulator for the alternator. This is the last thing on my list to do but it hasn’t needed it yet so it’s just in a holding pattern for the time being.

Custom built 2-inch receiver on front for launching a boat or for mounting a bike rack. Spare tire, new front grill and LED headlights, mud flaps, new tail light lenses, and aluminum rims. Original tires, steel rims, hub caps, and beauty rings available along with a box of spare parts, starter, ramped fuel pin, alternator, filters, owner's manual, etc. The sandblasting has separated the cloth from the headliner over the driver seat area and it wasn't enough of a priority this year to deal with it, but it should be re-glued sometime in the future.

Frame was sandblasted and epoxy coated, new wheel well panels welded in box, undercoated, new muffler, freshly painted in original two tone blue and silver from the 1993 paint catalogue. Interior is the original bench seat with club cab fold down seats in the back along with a CD stacker and stereo, sliding rear window and opening side windows. Oil pan, transmission and inline fluid heaters installed and all fluids recently changed through each system.

This is the LE model with electric door locks and electric windows, air conditioning and cruise control (cruise currently not working). Original mirrors that attached in a large triangle pattern on the doors and have now been replaced with factory original smaller mirrors. All the rubber window and door trim has been removed and replaced with new rubber. All the fender, door, and box rubber trim moulding has been removed and the mounting holes have been backed with steel and plug welded so there’s no place for future dirt to collect and rust the body. Stone-guarded on the bottom fenders, cab and wheel wells and is exceptionally clean. Fantastic fuel economy as is and lots of towing power even in its stock form.

I’ve owned this truck for more than 25 years and have always maintained it diligently and it’s never been driven hard and has either carried a camper or firewood here in the Yukon and is essentially stock through and through other than the above mentioned improvements.

All the body work was done over the last winter in Shuswap BC by Chris at Shuswap Shine Inc and cost me $31,000 Canadian plus the time and fuel to drive it back up to my place in the Yukon which is five days of driving. I've since worked on the truck for several months this past summer and changed the front brakes, emergency brake cable, built a receiver hitch for the front with fog lights, installed a headache rack with fog lights, installed new Cooper tires, mud flaps and a bunch of other things along the way. I'm into it for @$35,000 Canadian all said and done on the recent restoration without counting my own labour.

Truck was appraised in May of 2025 for $42,500.00 Canadian ($31,060.00 U.S.) and is currently insured for this value and I’m selling it for $37,000 Canadian ($27,250 U.S.).
