Heck, what even IS unplugging, and WHY should I care do to it?

If you follow through this short video you will see for yourself why this is so important. I share 5 of my favorite unplugging techniques that I feel like anyone can use to better themselves and make their lives easier. There are MANY more ways to unplug, but these techniques are a great place to start.

Some of these tools are closely related to healthy coping mechanisms used in various psychology practices, and they also help you take care of your energy and take your power back! Who doesn't need that, eh?

(EDIT: the mode I called sickle mode is actually called the “Spinning DNA Helix” and is number 5 on the list of Badd Ass Eggs in Kryahgenetics 2. Page 36.
The sickle mode is under number 8 on the Ultima 17 Eggs page 39.

I made this video on July 26, 2024. Edited it that day, made all of the slides and made a blog post on my website.
