Yes to STRONG arms and shoulders!!! This 20 minute strength session will target your biceps, triceps, and shoulders and you only need your dumbbells!
The training structure today uses full range of motion, tempo changes, and pulses to keep your muscles under tension longer to build muscular strength! Each round will target one specific muscle group and the working time will be set for 45 seconds, besides pulses which will be 30 seconds, and rest for 15 seconds between each exercise and 30 seconds between each round. The exercises today are simple, but super effective!
Always remember to challenge yourself by going heavy enough with your weights, take extra recovery when needed, go at your own pace, keep proper form, and kick butt!
