Es wird vorgestellt, wie kleine Drehteile in der Frässpindel gedreht werden können auf einer Portalfräsmaschine und wie die Drehstahl-Werkzeuganordnung sein sollte, damit ein Standard-Postprozessor für Drehmaschinen verwendbar ist für die Erzeugung von CNC-Programmen.
Ein durchgehärtetes Ritzel wird mittels einer in der Frässpindel eingespannten Trennscheibe im CNC-Betrieb minimalinvasiv bearbeitet.
It is shown how small turned parts can be turned in the milling spindle on a portal milling machine and how the turning tool arrangement should be so that a standard postprocessor for lathes can be used to generate CNC programs.
