Описание: every year, the town my characters live in celebrate a lantern festival they call 'hikari'. it's to remember the first settlers of the town and how they used lanterns to light up the town before electricity, to pay homage to their roots. everyone has their own meaning for it though. some use it to remember the dead, since the lanterns travel up into the heavens. others simply like the tradition.
