Hi, we’re Sarah and Chris Fryer. We are a family dedicated to Olympic Lifting Technique and CrossFit. We, alongside with our kids, make videos for our oly lifting and CrossFit friends.
Sarah is a USAW Olympic Lifting Coach and CrossFit Level II Coach, who graduated with a BS in Exercise Science.
Chris is a Masters Weightlifting National qualifier (March 2019) and an old athlete trying to dust off the rust and show people you can always be an athlete despite your age.
We help lifters from beginner to advanced get comfortable with a barbell, improve technique and build strength for Olympic style lifting. Our channel is dedicated to helping people get personal records (PR’s) or personal bests (PB’s). Join us in our quest to design drills and help athletes hit PR’s and PB’s in Olympic lifting.
