材料:
紫山藥(去皮) 200公克
糖 40公克
奶油 30公克
糯米粉 100公克
作法:
1. 去皮紫山藥切厚片,入蒸籠蒸約30分鐘,取出碾壓成泥。
2. 將所有材料揉勻,並視紫山藥含水量添加糯米粉,加至不黏手為原則。
3. 將作法2揉好的山藥分成6分,各搓成圓型後壓成餅形,下鍋小火煎至表面金黃即可。

Ingredients:
Purple Yam (peeled) 200g
Sugar 40g
Butter 30g
Glutinous Rice Flour 100g
Instructions:
Cut the peeled purple yam into thick slices, steam for about 30 minutes, then remove and mash into a puree.
Mix all the ingredients together, and adjust the amount of glutinous rice flour according to the moisture content of the purple yam, until the dough is not sticky to the touch.
Divide the dough from step 2 into 6 equal parts, shape each into a round and flatten into a pancake shape. Fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
