Adele's cover of the song was featured on the UK Limited Edition of her sophomore album 21. She also covered the song for her live CD/DVD concert film, Live At The Royal Albert Hall.
Adele's version of "If It Hadn't Been For Love" is 3 minutes and 8 seconds long. The song was written by Michael Henderson and Christopher Stapleton. Originally recorded by The SteelDrivers, it was featured on their 2008 self-titled LP. The song served as the B-Side to Adele's Grammy-winning single "Rolling in the Deep".
