For weeks a familiar narrative kept repeating - India global stage par isolate ho raha hai.
But geopolitics often answers narratives with facts.
Amid rising tensions in West Asia, Iran allowed two Indian-flag LPG tankers Shivalik and Nanda Devi to safely cross the world’s most sensitive energy chokepoint, the Strait of Hormuz.
Together they carried over 54,000 tonnes of LPG, roughly equal to one full day of India’s LPG imports.
At a time when shipping routes in the region are under intense scrutiny, the safe movement of Indian vessels highlights something important, India’s strategic balancing and quiet diplomacy.
New Delhi maintains strong ties with Gulf countries and Israel, while also keeping communication channels open with Iran.
And sometimes that balance shows up not in headlines but in ships that keep moving even when the region is tense.
Because in global geopolitics, access and trust often speak louder than narratives.
