This was India's largest gathering of Innovators. Mainly two events are organised during Innovation Parv. i.e. Hackathon and Nagpur Startup Fest

Jichkar is a two-term Bhartiya Janata Party corporator in Nagpur Municipal Corporation who has also served twice as President of the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Nagpur Women Wing. She was the mayor of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation from March 2017 to November 2019.She was a member of Nagpur University's Center for Women's Studies and Development. In addition, she serves as Vice President of the Maharashtra State Mayor Council. She is a founding member of the Mayoral Innovation Council. Jichkar is a board member of the Global Covenant of Mayors (GCOM) for Climate Action, which is chaired by Michael Bloomberg. She also serves as the Vice President of ICLEI South Asia's Regional Executive Committee (REXCom).
