Описание: 27.02.2020. A PSA Airlines Canadair Regional Jet CRJ-200, performing flight JIA5276 / OH5276 from Washington Reagan National airport, DC (USA) to Knoxville McGhee Tyson airport, TN (USA), after departure, climbing to 11000 feet, reported about problems with pressurization and declared an emergency. Pilots requested landing at the nearest field. As a result, the airplane landed at Washington Dulles international airport.

COMMENTS: A PSA Airlines flight 5276 (JIA5276) is departing from Washington Reagan National airport, runway 01 (RW 01), climbing to altitude 11000. It was under control of Potomac Departure.
JIA5276: 11000, speed 250 knots.
DEPARTURE: JIA5276. Potomac, good morning, climb and maintain FL210.
JIA5276: FL210, 5276.
JIA5276: And… Departure, JIA5276, we’d like to stop the climb right here, we’ve just had a cabin altitude.
DEPARTURE: JIA5276, approved as requested. You got to level off at 17000.
JIA5276: Yes, for now.
DEPARTURE: Ok.
DEPARTURE: JIA5276, you need to descend to 10000 [not clear].
JIA5276: [not clear] 8000 and we are declaring an emergency.
DEPARTURE: I’m sorry, could you say it once again?
JIA5276: Requesting 8000 and we are declaring an emergency for cabin altitude.
DEPARTURE: JIA5276, descend and maintain 8000. Say intentions.
JIA5276: Alright, descend to 8000, we’d like to land at the nearest field and we’re gonna run through the checklist.
DEPARTURE: You want the nearest field, you said?
JIA5276: Affirmative.
DEPARTURE: JIA5276, vectors to Manassas, turn left heading 090, maintain 8000.
JIA5276: [not clear] 8000, JIA5276.
JIA5276: JIA5276. [not clear] everything was normal. We are calling company.
DEPARTURE: JIA5276, you said everything appears normal now? Is that right?
JIA5276: Everything appears normal now. We are still gonna back into land. Let us check our checklist.
DEPARTURE: Ok, do you wanna go back to… Where do you wanna go? Dulles or would you like to go to Manassas?
JIA5276: We’ll probably head to Dulles.
DEPARTURE: Ok, JIA5276 is radar vectored now to Manassas, heading 070.
JIA5276: Alright, now to Manassas [not clear].
COMMENTS: After that, JIA5276 established communication with Potomac Approach.
JIA5276: Potomac, JIA5276, level 8000, heading 070.
APPROACH: JIA5276, Potomac Departure. Say, do you wanna come in now?
JIA5276: Potomac, JIA5276, give us a few minutes to finish our checklist, please. [not clear] to Dulles.
APPROACH: JIA5276, roger, and do you have certain runway, you would like?
JIA5276: JIA5276, we don’t currently have a data, so we’ll take whatever there for landing.
APPROACH: Ok, RW 01C for JIA5276, vectors for Dulles, altimeter 2978. So, let me know when you wanna come in. And would you like to slow down or you wanna stay fast?

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
