Debunking the Myths of Change

Описание: I think many leaders buy in to and accommodate some common myths around change in the workplace: that it's hard, it's moving too fast, our teams are change fatigued or we need to slow things down for them.

I believe that change isn't hard, it's only hard for the unready. Developing a ready, willing and able workforce instead of coddling your team through change is where leaders need to focus.
