Aversion Therapy (A totally different approach for overcoming addiction)

Описание: Aversion therapy is when you pair a very unpleasant experience with your addiction. It's called counterconditioning. I can definitely understand the psychological principles behind this relapse prevention method, but I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to go through with it.
