Flame Failure reason:-
1. F.O. inlet v/v to burner in closed position
2. Line filter chocked .
3. Boiler FO supply p/p not running.
4. Solenoid v/v Malfunctioning.
5. flame eye malfunctioning.
6. Air or steam ration not proper.
7. Fd fan flaps malfunctioning.
8. Trip not reset on contactors.
9. main burner atomiser clogged.
10. Pilot burner nozzle clogged.
11. electrode not generating sparks.
Chemicals to add:-
1. for scale---Trisodium Phosphate
2. Oxygen---Sodium sulphide & hydrazine
3. alkalinity:-sodium hydrooxide.
4. caustic cracking:-sodium sulphate or sodium Nitrate.
