Part 1 of my custom huge-capacity portable power bank build, made entirely from reused / salvaged 18650 Li-ion cells.
The goal of this project is to turn old cells into a safe, usable, high-capacity power bank. That can fast 4 charge 4 phones at one time!
Every cell used in this build is individually checked and matched to ensure the final power bank is reliable, balanced, and portable, not just big on paper.
