Diamond DA62X with G1000 flight to KSFO 19L via Bolinas , Ocean Beach and Market Street

Описание: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 flight on September 22, 2021, in the Diamond DA62X mod by MrTommyMXR. CAUTION: This aircraft is doing all sorts of things that would not be tolerated in real life, but can be fun to do in a sim.

This video starts after leaving Tomales bay following the San Andreas fault to Bolinas, California, across the Golden Gate channel to San Francisco with a touch and go on Ocean Beach, a Sutro Tower fly-by, a trip down Market Street to the Ferry Building, over the Bay Bridge, and an ILS landing on runway 19L at KSFO.

Subsequent to this video, I am now (April 2022) using the Garmin 1000 NXI by Working Title, Subtle Taxi Ribbon, Aerosoft Simple Traffic, Water Fixes by mistercoffee1, bridge mods by
TheWhiteArcades, the heads-up display turned off in the external camera view, the ATC pop-up removed when not being used, and instead of the VFR MAP, the MFD map in the latest G1000 NXI.

This flight occurred before FS2020 sim update 6 when ground ATC used to direct the aircraft to the arrival gate pre-selected in the World Map. As of SU6, arrival gates are ignored by ATC and ATC will always direct to some random gate or parking. Now, if the aircraft taxis to the desired gate, ATC will not display the Taxi for Takeoff Options nor the Taxi to Parking or Fueling Options shown in the video, but will still provide the Ground Services option for refueling.
