Join me as I dine at Kazu's new restaurant at Bukit Damansara in Kuala Lumpur. Kazu has 3 distinct spaces; SUSHI KAZU (Omakase dining), KAPPO KAZU (traditional Japanese styled dining similar to Kaiseiki) and BĀ KAZU (a Japanese bar).
Chef Norikazu Shibata was the chef for the evening and what a treat that was. Specialising in Edomae sushi, Masterchef Shibata's cuisine is a showcase of superb techniques, perfected over time. Sushi Kazu is his first culinary concept, created with the purpose of extracting the flavours of the season's finest ingredients.
