I've had snow tire studs in my tires for two winters. They wear down so that they're useless eventually.
I bought 400 new tire studs to replace the worn studs. This is the procedure I use to remove the old studs and installing new ones.
Before using tire studs on the streets, make sure they are legal in your be area.
