Stoutland jumped out to me as soon as I saw it - his ability Guard Dog Visage is incredibly toxic (aka super fun to play) and can be rage inducing. Guard Dog Visage makes your opponent's attacks cost more energy usually buying you an extra turn over them. Today I played the new mini set Extradimensional Crisis in Pokemon TCG Pocket. You can easily build a new deck and unlock cards featuring some of the top, best decks. Pokémon TCG Pocket has new cards available, and the best decks in this mobile card game are now meta with Stoutland, Tapu Lele and Oricorio!
