Welding copper to copper is now possible! In this video, I demonstrate how to successfully weld 0.2mm and 0.3mm copper using a special flux that makes direct copper welding a reality. Using my Glitter 811H spot welder, I tested three different scenarios, and the results were incredible. Now, we can weld busbars directly to copper without needing nickel! Based on the Engineer Levi Thomas the product is not corrosive and is safe to use !! That is great news.
