4. Allerton & Police Fire Stations, Rose Lane, Liverpool L18 6JE (Church Ward) 4:20

To consider a recommendation that Application No. 20F/1766 in respect of Allerton & Police Fire Stations, Rose Lane, Liverpool L18 6JE (Church Ward), to vary condition nos. 2 and 9 attached to 19F/2053 - (40 no. sheltered apartments; conversion of the fire station into 5 no. townhouses; conversion of fire station living quarters into 2 No. separate dwellings) so as to (i) undertake design changes, and reconfigure courtyard to create 1 no. additional parking space; and (ii) remove the requirement to provide layby parking bays within the highway on Rose Lane; and instead, introduce cycle lanes and Traffic Regulation Orders (no waiting/loading) on Rose Lane between Mather Avenue and Allerton Road (Revised application November 2020), be approved subject to a Legal Agreement and conditions as proposed by the Head of Planning.
