3 -5 potatoes (any kind will work)
2 TBS olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp minced garlic
1 TBS butter
onions (optional)
Wrap in aluminum foil. (I double wrapped mine). Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 35 - 45 minutes until potatoes are soft. Open and put under the broiler for 3-5 minutes to brown.
