Описание: Coinola style O orchestrion from about 1917, freshly restored by D.C. Ramey Piano Company. Instrument consists of a 66 note piano, 24 note orchestra bells, bass drum, cymbal, snare drum, triangle, tambourine and woodblock. Operates from a type "O" music roll. Coinola orchestrions have a distinctive sound in part by the use of a curtain that lowers between the upper 24 hammers and strings, allowing the extra instrument to play "solo". And the use of spring loaded wooden pegs that strike the strings by being pushed by the hammer shanks to create a mandolin effect. The lively arrangements that are typical of the "O" rolls also help make Coinola instruments unique.
