Transitioning Your Team to the New Normal. Webinar hosted by OVS on June 16, 2020 at 10:00am.
In March, managers had to suddenly transition to supervising and supporting staff remotely. Now, as programs begin to start to transition some people back to the office, supervisors are faced with new challenges in supporting and leading their teams.In this 45-minute webinar, we will review:
• A process for evaluating the advantages working remotely brought to the team, and what was less successful
• How to incorporate improvements made while people were working remotely into the new normal• Strategies for leading a team that is made up of some remote staff and some who are back in the office
• Ways to continue to support and staff during an unstable and stressful time.
